A distinctive building is proposed, taking advantage of its location within an office campus, facing a plaza and surrounded by green spaces. The building closes the ensemble’s visual perspective from the plaza and seeks to bring the surrounding greenery into the interior through a central courtyard. This void changes in size and shape across different levels—opening, closing, and forming outdoor terraces and a semi-covered entrance atrium.
The main entrance is located on the plaza side of the complex. The approach to the building unfolds in a sequence: passing through a large semi-covered area, crossing a bridge that spans the central void running through all levels of the project, and arriving finally at the lobby. This space features double transparency, opening both to the plaza and to Posta Street, creating a generous entry area scaled to the building.
